By registering and participating in The MyLifeDestiny.com community,
you agree to abide by the following rules:

    * You will treat Emails and other information as private and
    will not forward that information without permission of the
    originator of the information.
   
    * You will not harass others or use any vulgar, racist, or
    otherwise offensive language, either in public posted
    material or in private emails sent to other The Dreamtime
    community members. You will not include in your profile any
    anatomical or sexual references or sexually suggestive and
    connotative language.
   
    * You will not post any telephone numbers, street addresses,
    last names, and/or email addresses in your profile that would
    make you personally identifiable, unless you choose to do so,
    and it is available for you to enter such information that is
    viewable to the public.
   
    * You hereby grant The Dreamtime community the right to give
    out your Email address and First Name to others who are
    members of the MyLifeDestiny.com community, if you enter that
    information and it is identified as publicly available.
   
    * The MyLifeDestiny.com community reserves the right to edit
    photo submissions. Nudity and personal information in photos
    are unacceptable.
   
    * You will not post advertisements or forward chain letters.
    * You will not use any service provided by The
    MyLifeDestiny.com community to libel, defame, or slander any
    person, and you will not use any service provided by The
    MyLifeDestiny.com community to infringe the privacy rights of
    any person.
   
    * You will not post any information that infringes the
    property rights of any person, including but not limited to
    the intellectual property rights of any person.
    * You assume full responsibility for all charges from other
    providers incurred in accessing The MyLifeDestiny.com
    community service (such as online access providers, telephone
    service providers, or others).

The MyLifeDestiny.com community is not responsible for the use of
any personal information that you may choose to disclose on this
service. Please carefully select the type of information that you
post on The MyLifeDestiny.com community or release to others.

The MyLifeDestiny.com community does not:

    * Verify any information posted to the service or guarantee
    the proper use of such information by any party.
   
    * Review or assume any responsibility for the content of
    private email messages sent between Members using Members
    Email addresses or using our anonymous remailer. We do not
    ensure that these messages may not contain material that
    could be offensive to some.

    * Monitor or resolve disputes between service subscribers.

    * Ensure that offensive material will be promptly removed from the service.

    * Ensure secure transmissions over the Internet.

The MyLifeDestiny.com community reserves the right to prohibit
offensive language from the public areas of the service. The
MyLifeDestiny.com community reserves the right but shall have no
obligation to remove materials from the service that are not in
compliance with this Service Agreement or the rules of The
MyLifeDestiny.com community or The Dreamtime. The
MyLifeDestiny.com community reserves the right to terminate
service without notice to any user who fails to comply with this
Service Agreement or the rules of The MyLifeDestiny.com
community.

The MyLifeDestiny.com community service contains proprietary
information of The MyLifeDestiny.com community and its licensors.
In addition, other persons may post copyrighted information,
which has copyright protection whether or not it is identified as
copyrighted. Except for that information which is in the public
domain or for which you have been given permission, you will not
copy, modify, distribute, or sell any such information.

YOU AND OTHER PROVIDERS OF INFORMATION ARE THE PUBLISHERS OF THE
INFORMATION CONTAINED ON The MyLifeDestiny.com community. The
MyLifeDestiny.com community IS NOT A PUBLISHER OF SUCH
INFORMATION. IN NO EVENT WILL The MyLifeDestiny.com community or
The Dreamtime BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
EXEMPLARY OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE
OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY INTERRUPTIONS OF SERVICE, VIRUSES,
POWER OUTAGES, OR COMMUNICATIONS BY OTHER SERVICE USERS.

unauthorized users, or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive
or obscene materials on The MyLifeDestiny.com community service

personal information about you due to your use of the Service,

secret, trademark, or patent) of any third party or that such
information disparages, libels or invades the privacy of any
third party.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL The MyLifeDestiny.com
community (i) BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR
LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROGRAMS, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE
SERVICES OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR
INABILITY TO USE The MyLifeDestiny.com community SERVICE, EVEN IF
The MyLifeDestiny.com community OR ITS AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES
KNOW OR HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR
(ii) TO ANY PERSON OTHER THAN YOU. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO
THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, The MyLifeDestiny.com community's
LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE
FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT
PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO The MyLifeDestiny.com community FOR THE
SERVICE DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP. IN ADDITION, The Dreamtime
community DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF
ACTION, FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF OTHER MEMBERS OR USERS
(INCLUDING UNAUTHORIZED USERS, OR "HACKERS") OF The
MyLifeDestiny.com community SERVICE.

The MyLifeDestiny.com community PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Certain
jurisdictions limit the applicability of warranty disclaimers and
limitations of liability so the above disclaimers of warranty and
liability may not apply to you.

This Agreement is entered into in South Bend, Indiana. You agree
that Indiana law (regardless of conflicts of law principles)
shall govern this Agreement, and that any dispute arising out of
or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the federal and
state courts in South Bend, Indiana. Unless otherwise explicitly
stated, the Terms will survive termination of your membership to
the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid,
the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and
effect.
